As with any wedding service, prices may vary depending on the venue, location, and any additional services you may request. When selecting a dance reception music package, please feel free to communicate your preferences and budget with us to create a most memorable and enjoyable dance celebration that suits your tastes and requirements.

Booking Confirmation:

The booking of the wedding music band will be confirmed upon receipt of a non-refundable deposit, as specified by the band, and a signed agreement between the client (the couple) and the band.Payment Schedule:

The total fee for the wedding music band services shall be paid in full within 14 days prior to the event date, as outlined in the payment schedule provided by the band. Cancellation Policy: In the event of cancellation by the client, the non-refundable deposit will not be returned. If cancellation occurs within 30 days of the event date, the client shall be liable to pay the full agrEed Upon fee. Event Details: The client shall provide accurate event details, including the date, time, and venue address, to the band well in advance of the wedding date. Performance Space:The client shall ensure that appropriate performance space is available at the venue, with adequate access to electrical outlets and sufficient space for the band to set up their equipment. Sound and Lighting:The band will provide their own sound and lighting equipment, suitable for the event's size and requirements. Any specific sound or lighting requests made by the client must be communicated to the band well in advance. Setlist and Special Requests: The client may request specific songs from the band's existing repertoire for the performance. Special song requests not in the band's repertoire may be accommodated if given reasonable notice and depending on the band's ability to perform the requested songs. Performance Duration: The band shall perform for the agreed-upon duration, with appropriate breaks as required by law or common practice. Meals and Refreshments: The client agrees to provide meals and non-alcoholic refreshments for band members during the event in the event of hiring (4) hours or above. Force Majeure: The band shall not be held liable for any failure to perform, or delay caused by circumstances beyond their control, including but not limited to; acts of nature, accidents, or illness. Liability: The band shall not be liable for any damage, loss, or injury to persons or property during the event caused by guests, venue staff, or any third parties. Insurance: The band shall hold public liability insurance for their performance at the event. Photography and Promotion:The client consents to the band using photographs and videos from the event for promotional purposes unless otherwise specified in writing.Termination of Agreement: In the unlikely event of non-compliance with these terms and conditions, either party may terminate the agreement with written notice.

By proceeding with the booking, the client agrees to these terms and conditions and acknowledges their understanding of the responsibilities and obligations outlined herein.
